Co-Design
As colleges and universities face calls for change, the question arises: How should one go about innovating? While many, including leaders across faculty and staff, can feel pressure to provide answers from the top down, there is an alternative approach that creates solutions from the ground up: co-design with students. In this approach, students work directly with faculty in the co-creation of curricula and courses. Co-design produces new ideas and transformative experiences for its participants.
